Cultivating a life worth living
After earning my master's in clinical mental health counseling from Regis University and completing my internship at Naropa Community Counseling in Boulder, CO, I have geared my practice toward working with individuals, couples, and groups navigating anxiety, depression, OCD, trauma, grief, and life transitions. My approach blends existential psychotherapy with evidence-based tools like ACT and trauma-narrative therapy to support deep, lasting change. I believe that healing begins with curiosity and compassion and my goal is to create a space where you feel seen, supported, and empowered to face your struggles and find way to growth that works for you.
